Terms of use

By using Combucha you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: we list opportunities (roles, internships, fellowships, programs) that people share, and help you find and track them.

What Combucha does

Every listing links to its source: a posting on the company’s own job board, a careers page the operator approved, or a public post our team reviewed. We remove a role when it leaves that board, and a post at its stated deadline or 14 days after it was posted.
Apply buttons open the employer’s own posting; for a captured post, Open original opens the post itself. Combucha never applies for you, never messages employers for you, and is not part of any hiring decision.
Job board postings are written by employers, and we check that the role is on that board. A captured post is written by the person who posted it: our team reviews it before it is listed, but we do not confirm it with the company. Each listing shows its source. Listings are shown as written, and we cannot promise that every detail in them is accurate or current.

The concierge

The concierge is an AI agent. It answers from the postings and from what you tell it, and it can still be wrong. Check the employer’s posting before you act on anything it says. Actions that remove data ask for your approval first.

A resume draft tailored to a job is written by the AI from your own resume. It is told to reorder and reword, never to add facts, but it can still get something wrong. Read every draft before you send it: what you submit to an employer is yours.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure.
One account per person. You must be at least 16 to use Combucha.
You can export or delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the site or the concierge.
Do not use the concierge to get at other people’s data, or to make it act against these terms.
Do not copy the board wholesale or resell it.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Employers

Posting and featuring roles (planned for a later version) will come with their own terms and refund policy.

No warranty

Combucha is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a listing or of the concierge’s answers.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here with the date they take effect. The operator’s legal name, the governing law and a contact address will be added before launch.
